    Hi guys,

    Just wanted to share my first experience playing at this casino.
    been losing a few times and left 10 bucks at my skrill i saw the promo at fortuna juegos casino with 200% matchup with min deposit of 10 bucks.
    so i decided to deposit..
    but after depositing i get nothing.
    search for live help but there is not.
    so i emailed them but there is not response..it's been 2days.
    well...
    quite a bad customer service.
    If there is a rep here hopefully he/she can help me..

    Hi,
    same happened to me, made just a deposit and got nothing - no match bonus, no support, I sent them a mail but got no replay,.....stay away from this casino.(what do you think what will happen when somebody wanna cash-out idea?)
