My attempt to withdraw winnings from free spins offer. I had 50 free spins of which after completing the play through requirement I had a balance of $130.
I made a withdraw request and was instructed to submit proof of my address by providing a picture of my drivers license and a picture of me holding my drivers license. Once I submitted that and after a day waiting I got an email stating all was confirmed and I can make a withdrawal. This site allows withdrawals with BTC or LTC. I requested $100 in BTC to transfer into my wallet. Instantly it was denied and received another email that said "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." so I opened a live chat with customer service to see what the issue was.The lady informed me that I can only withdraw $50 with the free spin offer and that I need to make a deposit of min $10 before they will release the $50. She also said I could deposit using any of the methods they have available. I was going to deposit $10 worth of ETH but they have a min deposit of $50 but BTC had a $10 min deposit so I deposited $10 of BTC. This is where the fun begins. But, after sending my cryptoaddress with my gmail I did get the $50 deposited to my crypto wallet!
I still have no idea why I need to change my email to receive any future withdrawals but I just wanted to show others how this entire process went for me.
