  • i have registered in Golden reels Casino at may 2020.i made deposit 100usd by neteller and placed some bets on sport.When my balance was 173usd i have requested withdrawal by neteller!The financial department has requested all documents for verification!After that they checked it and they have calculated the fee 5$ but didnt approved the withdrawal by neteller.they adviced me to request withdrawal by alternative method is skrill.i have sent the screenshot of my skrill account and requested withdrawal by skrill.Financial department have checked the screenshot but didnt approve the withdrawal by this method also!After that they adviced me to  withdrawal by bank account and they  requested the screenshot of my bank account for approving of withdrawal to bank account.i have sent this document also,they checked it and i have requested withdrawal  168$ to my bank account at 10 of june 2020!it passed 3 weeks but funds 168$ didnt credit to my bank account.Customer support in chat of golden reels answered constantly that they didnt receive the reply from Financial department.Please,help me,i have sent all documents that they required but i dont see funds on bank account my bank account.
