I have been struggling now for almost 4 hours just to fica my account, first I started struggling with my account registration, I'm a new account user and I registered with them when I wanted to log in there was a serious problem to just change the password Then when I started the fica process that is even more a worse night mare than anything else, the documents that are submitted are approved and then all of a sudden declined and I have proof of it, then they have a new process in place to verify your selfie and thats not even on there uploading devision, almost 4 hours just to try and get all this in place and still it's not done yet I have never had so much problems as I did now with them, the consultants just close the chats while you are not even done with there help It's extremely poor assistance really
