RESOLVED: GGPoker - Account Issue

I tried to make a withdrawl and found myself with the funds in my account locked and with no explanation. Its been over 4 business days now and I have only received a couple of replies to my many emails sent in. Neither of which will explain to me what's going on. My accounts verified, I've made plenty of successful withdrawls before. I dont play with any sort of bonuses, especially ones with any wagering requirements attached to it. I dont deposit large sums of money and actually have a max daily deposit in place there and have for several months now. I dont think I've ever maxed out with the 125$ limit even once. I just want them to stop playing games, unlock my account already so I can withdrawl the funds in my account and I can walk away and never look back at this casino again. Maybe you'll have better luck communicating with their email only plan.

My account wasn't closed. My funds have been locked until the completion of their investigation . I only know this because that is the message in the cashiers page when I tried to make a second withdrawl request . And as I stated above, they have given me no explanation in regards to why my funds are locked and why my account is under investigation. Support has been almost none existent and they have not been any help at all.

My account wasn't just reinstated and I submitted another withdrawal request. I'll keep you updated here.

All is good now, my withdrawl came through this morning. Thanks for your help. Nothing was getting done until I asked for your help, it's much appreciated.
