RESOLVED: glassicasino.in - No Payment Issue

Hi Team, I am writing formal complaint against the glassi casino (sister casino of parimatch) about not paying my withdrawal 20000 INR for more than two weeks. I requested two withdrawal on 21/07/2026 each of 20000 INR and 6030 INR separately because of maximum amount per transaction is set upto 20K. Immediately after few minutes both withdrawal Status changed to successful but only one withdrawal of 6030 INR is credited to my account. 20000 INR withdrawal mount is not credited in my bank account. Contacted support no response to my emails since that day. Now 15 days already passed and the issue is still unresolved by the casino. I am following up on daily basis gave my bank statement multiple times but neither I received my withdrawal not it's refunded back to wallet. All times same and generic response from glassi team that they are working on my ticket. Yesterday my ticket marked as 'resolved' without any resolution, communication and no response on ticket. Just they marked it as 'resolved '. When I reached support the same reply even after 15 days that my withdrawal issue is still under review by the finance department and that's all. Live chat responds our message after many hours and within 2 minutes they marks chat as inactive and closes chat. Not even a single reply to my email from support team. Note: My account is KYC verified already and I am using this site since more than 2 years I have few done deposit and withdrawal in the past. Please make confidential screenshots private.

Please note that we currently do not have this brand listed on LCB, and we are unable to officially link it with any other casino brands. However, we will look into this casino and conduct a check.

New drama has started by the casino they simply resolved my ticket again and started that withdrawal is successful and provided me UTR number which is fake. Because UTR is strictly 12 digit unique transaction ID and they gave me 16 digit UTR number which my bank told it's invalid. It's obvious because it's 16 digit means fake. How can the 1 withdrawal out 2 placed has become successful and this 20000 INR withdrawal they said successful where the second withdrawal I received 6030 has the 12 digit UTR and it's reflected in my bank account. How the casino have invented 16 digit UTR and still says transaction is successful from our end. I seriously believe that either their payment partners are lying or casino itself don't want to pay now.

Kindly check attached snapshot of support chat. As I told you previously, this website is a owned and operated by parimatch owner PMSPORT N V. Both are same UI same design same everything same. Can you ask parimatch casino here into this thread? I have not received my withdrawal yet and they resolved my ticket.

Parimatch.com, glassicasino.in, tamashebet.in, desiplay.in all these are owned by PMSPORT N V who owns biggest casino parimatch. I had same incident with desiplay.in in the past and I permanently lost account there while having 230000 INR balance in my account they blocked my account after requesting withdrawal.
