RESOLVED: Goat spins voided my withdraw

First off let me start by saying I've deposited here 2 maybe 3 times and even if it was only one deposit that shouldn't matter!!  After that they gave me a cash back deal. And 3 times EVER have they sent me a code for free spins. And they void my winnings! This is messed up because I have seriously only used the codes sent to me and only 2 since my last deposit. It took forever to make my wagering on this. It was the entire evening!  I didn't realize they actually count cash back and the monthly spins as part of the allotted amount! If  you send me a code and I log in and use the code and your system accepts the code and tells you congrats you now have XYZ on your account 

then you play the wagering amount that is required and I t lets me request a withdraw and then they void it! That's crappy and very much a waste of my time to even begin there to read the emails sent to me.

We sorry to hear about the winnings being taken down, but the Casino's policy was violated by this action.

Actually, I've spoken with your "pit boss" and was given the list of no deposit codes and total was 6. I didn't realize you counted loyalty rewards and monthly spins in the amount. And NO cash back is not included so now your talking stuff wrong. 

I seriously was under the impression I was at 4 so it's a big waste of time there since you counted more than just the codes I've used. It's very misleading and a bunch of crap!! If extreme or Brando or anywhere for that matter send me a code t use and I use it then they pay out. This system that you are using is idiotic 

The loyalty reward added by goat spins along with the monthly spins were included in this even though I didn't add those they were added by goat spins. The amount of free codes I used was at 4 is what I wA going by. And I seen where someone else had the same impression after my voided withdraw. 
yet her voided withdraw was reversed and she was able to complete the withdraw. I guess it's just who you favor.
