UNRESOLVED: Gold River Star Casino

I love to play online casinos and actually love Rivals games but I just cannot find any Rival Casino that pays fairly and fast as they all promise to. I had a horrible experience at Always Vegas and I should have known better but I was contacted numerous times by phone and email by a guy named James Smith who was Robert Collins at Always Vegas apologizing for the trouble there and offering me the keys to the city at Gold River Star including fast and large withdraws. I knew better in my head but after a few months of him begging me to give it a try and promising me all would be better i deposited $250 with a no wager bonus. I love to play video poker and found that my bet limits were only $5 max so I played slots and lost. He then called me and thanked me for trying it and I told him about the low limits and he said he would fix that now and offered me an additional no play bonus for $250 deposit so I did and lost. Then I received a text message from casino offering additional no wager bonus so I logged in and the chat rep said that if I deposited $300 I would receive another no wager bonus so I did and won $3700 after awhile of playing. I sent my documents (BTW I only play via Bitcoin) and that is when the games begin. First they set my max withdraw at only $1000 a week which is different than their terms and conditions then James smith started backtracking even though I have his emails with promises made. So fast forward after a week they paid me $1000 and after pointing out their terms and conditions of $1500 withdraw they have now came back with basically they will pay me according to terms and conditions of 15 days per withdraw and not as promised. So I am still due $2700. I even told them I would be happy to deposit more if they only did what was originally promised and Ethan says we don't see eye to eye... so long story short- if you want to make deposits and play and lose they will treat you great, if you actually win it's a different story sadly. Oh btw he also said that if you claim a bonus they pay slower than if you don't? That is rogue behavior. Not a good way to run a casino and attract players like me that spend thousands. Is there any Rival Casinos that are legitimate or should I just stick to RTG? mws813

This is what I have had happened with my request so far actually surprised that they accepted the second request after 8 days where the first took total 15 and financial department did not inform me or respond about the reason why. I was told to put it down to 100 exactly.

It says accepted and sent over 24 hours ago but I still have not received the funds in my coinspot wallet or any notification of funds arriving

I still have two cash outs pending one for $1500 and one for $1000. I was told the one for $1500 was sent yesterday to bitcoin wallet but it's not there and contact today they said it will be there today but idk. That $1500 cashout had been pending since 11/30. I really wish this place would get its act together I like rival games but can't find any place that pays fast and fair.

Would like to apologize first for not being able to inform you all of my outcome from the withdrawal delay I was getting from this casino.

Surprisingly, I went on my crypto wallet on the 27th to find the 100 Bitcoin from them that was dated as received on the 25th.

I hope that it works out for you too.

At least now there's a sign they do pay. Just hope I am still paranoid in thinking that they may with smaller amounts just to hold up the image.

I ended up playing out my last $1000 because I didn't want to wait another month to get paid. I think they will pay as they did pay my earlier amounts but they will take their time hoping you play it back. I don't like casinos like that with bitcoin deposits withdraws should be fine quickly period no excuses . Thanks for your help though! 

Okay, thanks for letting us know. Sorry to hear you couldn't manage to withdraw the part of your winnings. Since it took so long for you to get only a part of your withdrawal and we never got a reply from the casino we are going to mark this case as Unresolved. 

You are lucky I have withdrawals pending since November that have not been paid. I can't even get a return email on all my emails I have sent.  The live chat is useless. Do you have a phone number or how do you contact them?
