CLOSED: [due to the submitter's inactivity]: Goldbet.io - Account Issue

I have a blalance of roughly $20,000 CAD in my Goldbet.io account. I tried multiple times to withdraw funds and it was rejected for various reasons. I logged in one morning to try again and my account was blocked. It states: User account banned Ban reason: 3.3 Your account with the Website must be registered in your own and correct name. Only one account per person, per household / address, per phone number / email, and per IP address is allowed. Any other accounts that are opened on the Website will be considered as 'Duplicate Accounts.' You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials. 3.4 We reserve the right to cancel bets, reject bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as permanently ban any customer from the bonus / promotion program of the Website at our sole and absolute discretion in case you opened Duplicate Account. The Company reserves the right to apply some or all above measures or not apply some of measures against Duplicate Accounts in particular cases at its sole and absolute discretion. *****I do not have a a duplicate account. When I contacted support asking for more information and proof of what they were claiming they provided nothing and said the decision was final and then didn’t reply again. I have seen multiple complaints of the we issue with this site and believe this is a scam website. Please help!

Casinos typically rely on internal security tools, such as IP, device, payment method, or network association checks when making these decisions, and do not share evidence due to privacy policies.

That said, if the casino has formally stated that their decision is final and they are no longer engaging with the complaint, it is important to note that we, forum moderators, do not have the authority to override or force a casino to reverse an internal security decision. We may try to request clarification or ask the casino to review the matter once more, but ultimately we cannot compel them to change their position if they refuse to cooperate further.
