Yes my account has been verified. First time i tried to withdraw it was failed cause i dont put it full name. It is verified already by email, I sent my IC to them

Then my acc is verified already, Ive made withdrawal and deposit many times

First time I played they asked me where I play from, I said in phillipines cause im in holiday here. Im not staying or working in phillipines

So carry on, still can play, deposit and withdraw. But suddenly yesterday I deposit I lost, i deposit again, I lost, and the last time I deposit then I managed to win back all my loss and I won it. Then I tried to withdraw, but they said cannot. The reason is because im in Phillipines. Now they ask me to wait 24 hours

Checking account since when needs 24 hours? And then the customer made fun of me when i asked from what time to what time do I need to wait? I was so angry but she keeps joking and made fun of me saying oh you asking time i thought you wanna give me a watch. I was shocked this customer service ask me that

I said, i deposited to play, if you dont want to let me play then you shouldnt accept my deposit. Then now i won, why you hold my withdrawal? They said they are investigating my account, i said i dont mind you check it. But after 24 hours later, you will keep saying need more time, what is that for? They just keep saying in progress etc

Yesterday my first deposit was 2,000,000 IDR i lost

Second deposit was 2,000,000 IDR and I lost again

The third deposit was 10,000,000 IDR and I won 36,040,000 IDR. I always played bacarrat

But they hold my withdrawal until now

I sent you the ss that I deposit and my withdrawal request still not being proceed
