I really didnt get any straight answers about my winnings, only that my $650 was mixed winnings and therefore lost, even if it was manager approved??? I never ever put money onto my account if i still have a balance. Is there any way to asked for proof? I dont believe them because i went into my transaction history and had a $15 reward club bonus paid, that was on the 11.03.2023. The next time i played was on the 01.04.2023 and on this day i won $650 with a $30 deposit. And most important, it was manager approved....
My $400 win, i dont understand if i play through the playthrough and go to withdraw funds, it shows me $400 able to withdraw and is manager approved, however because i used a bonus, this money will be deducted from the winnings. I thought after your playthrough, your winnings are yours. I think thats not fair, Double dipping
My questions about my other 4 winnings are unanswered and totally ignored.
