  • HighStakes Casino don't withdraw my money making up stupid rules, although I met all the rules mentioned in their T&Cs. I contacted their regulating authority, but never got a reply.

    I would appreciate any help in making them pay.

    Just wanted to let you know that we have reached out to Highstakes Casino yet again on their Contact Us page. Hopefully they can acknowledge this complaint and respond to us...fingers crossed.

    We finally received a response from Casino Representative.

    This is what they said:

    "We do not have liberty to discus financial issues for any player with any third party. If user didn't fulfilled required conditions for withdrawal he will be notified by security and payments department as for why. T&C are same for all players and there is no way around it. This kind of behavior on its own could get him permanently banned at HS since he decides which rules are "stupid" and which are ok. My advice is to adhere to rules and all should be good."

    Additionally, we followed up with Casino Rep asking them if they contacted you and let you know which Terms and Conditions you were in violation of and they said that you are well aware of the situation at hand already.

    As we have done all that is in our power to bring your complaint to attention there is not much more we can do further. Due to the current status and response the Casino Rep has given us, we will consider this case as RESOLVED on our end. 

  • Their T&Cs say the following:

    In the event the user plays on multiple products or others aside from only poker, a sufficient and reasonable level of play is required to cover processing, administrative fees and to ensure HighStakes is used to wager, not as a banking service.

    Apart from playing poker I placed many casino and sport bets in the total amount much exceeding my withdrawal amount. However, they give me the following reason for canceling my withdrawals:

    Player Must Contribute 20% of Rake of Withdrawal Amount

    This also means that if I keep winning playing poker I will never be able to withdraw. So how am I supposed to call this rule?

     

     

  • I have accumulated more than $100 of rake playing poker, in addition to multiple sports and casino bets. Then I ordered a $500 withdrawal, which they were "processing" for 5 days, just to cancel it in the end.

    I have been asking for the reason for several weeks now, but the CS replies with total bosh or simply ignore my requests.

    I once again would appreciate any help in at least making those guys "famous".

    As we said above, we did everything that is in our power to help you resolve this issue but unfortunately they are not willing to discuss with the 3rd party about the financial details, so we won't get an answer about the terms violation. 

    We will mark this case as Resolved.
