RESOLVED: Hotstripe Casino; So Called No Deposit Bonus

This casino should not be advertised on our forum as a no deposit casino. I went through the trouble of registering in good faith at what i thought was a no deposit casino. I was happy to see the 50 euro credit was added to my balance after the registration process was complete, but when I happily clicked to open a game; a dialogue box appeared which informed me that a deposit was necessary to unlock the game.

That is, by my way of defining it, a deposit bonus, not a no deposit bonus! What a sham!

Then I took the time to read the comments in the review section for Hotstripe and there are enough negative comments to certainly put me off ever dealing with this organization.

I suggest that LCB not list this casino under the no deposit section as that is in my opinion misleading.

For now please also send a complaint to Hotstripes customer service to make them aware of this issue.

I have also removed this ND from the review and bonus list until this query has been sorted out.

The Gunslinger and Superman slots give a dialogue box that says deposit required to unlock game.

Whereas the Wild Dolphin game opens and works. I am playing it now.

I guess it is software based, with games of a certain software brand requiring a deposit while others do not.

My complaint isn't as fully justifiable if some of the games work, I suppose.

Yet it is really the only time I have ever seen a no deposit bonus at a casino where some games are not included while others are.

I sent a message, to Hotstripe which reflects the new information. Still a complaint I think.
