    i had terrible experience, I managed to fully wager a no deposit bonus, got my account KYC verified, withdrawals stayed pending for a lot of days until i cancelled them at one moment and lost my winnings....online chat is bugged and not loading, no answers from support on email no nothing... anyway i deposited a few times and won big again, aand the same story, withdrawals stay on pending for days, no answer from support no nothing until I got mad one day, cancelled them again and lost everything again....while checking their Telegram channel it turned out that many many people have the exact same problems with transactions Eventually they answered me one day and they tell me this big a** lie that their system detected amd marked my account as a duplicate, wich is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE at all, I got really mad because I had read earlier in their TG channel messages from some users that got falsely accused by the support of having duplicate acc's, the same thing happened to me !!
