  • I have advertised Ivy affiliates for just over 1 year.

A couple of days ago they basically sent me a very short email saying thank you for my services but they no longer require them and closed my affiliate account. They took my affiliate commissions and all the sign ups over the past year which is quite a few players.

xxxxxx and the compliance team will not response to emails at all.

The manner they have done this is absolutely outrageous.

It states their office is out of London so I will be speaking to a lawyer over the next coming days on how to move forward with this.

To just do this and not even respond to any emails is truly unbelievable.

So just a warning to others about this group..

I will keep the thread update as I plan to purse this legally.

Casinos involved with this group are casimba, spinrider, miami dice, dream vegas, tempe nile and spinstation.

  • Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We'll definitely investigate it with the casino rep and see what's going on. Please private message me the account details so we can send it to them as well.

    Hope we'll get some answers.

  • FYI we also own Affiliate Guard Dog (AGD) , site dedicated to affiliate related things. You can aslo post your feedback there.

  • Thanks for your responses so far guys really appreciate it.

Zuga I will create an account and post there too.

Their offices are located in London so if anyone has any familiarity with lawyers who specialize in this case I would appreciate a referal to one.

  • We received a feedback from the casino, you probably got an email from them as well. Namely, they state that you didn't stick to the UKGC regulations they sent to you, therefore, they needed to close the accounts as they were not compliant due to the nature of video and language used during the streams.

Have you received the email from them? They said they'd get in touch with you to discuss the issue.

  • Hi Melissa thanks for getting back to me.

I hope you can see this for what it is. Completely made up. The language I use? The nature of the video?

Streaming casino slots on twitch was always known and agreed. I can provide back dated emails proving they were aware and agreed to me streaming slots. I can also take screenshots that other affiliate have them in their channels too.

This morning, I went into my channel and there were two accounts in my channel watching replay of my videos. Nobody does that ever, only followers and regular viewers. This is the first time I saw this and thought it was strange it was right after I got an email from ivyaffiliates. They were looking for content to use as an excuse.

I sent them a warning about this via email as I knew what they were trying to do.

  • I also want to state that closing an account and taking all my signups and commission over stream content is not a reason.

As I am sure you and others will agree, if there really was a problem, you simply contact the person and ask them to not do it.

I did not get any email from them about this so called compliance aside from an ID request two weeks ago that I can show you. And I sent it in with ID. If there was an issue they would have mentioned this. They did not.

Please let me know if you would like a copy of this email as proof. I can forward it to you.

  • They said that they contacted you regarding the compliance regulations. Sure please private message me the emails so we can take a look at.

  • Thanks for sharing the screenshots, WilliamDafoe. We got in touch with the casino again asking for more details about this case. Hope they'll get back to us shortly.

  • Hi Melissa,

any response yet? Im a bit confused why nothing in over a week?

Still nothing. We'll send another reminder. Hope we'll get the feedback soon.

  • Thanks.

Its not looking so good I guess. It looks like they are hoping I forget about this and they can just run off with all our players.

Real nice people. lets screw people over just before Christmas.

We'll keep on contacting them until we get the necessary answers. Don't worry.

  • Hi WilliamDafoe,

The casino finally informed us that the payment has been done and all commission paid to the affiliate. The account has been reopened and you will earn commission for existing players. Can you please confirm this so we can close the topic?

    Thanks.

  • Commission has been paid and the account will remain open.

However, they have forced me to accept some structured negative carry over deal therefore canceling the initial agreement we had since the beginning.

Still very unhappy that they have wiggled themselves into this new deal and gave me zero options. I got them all those players and now that I did they just renag on it for no reason.

good news re the money/acct. Negative carryover sucks, but you really dont have to work with them and can choose from tons of others more reputable brands.

  • Thanks for letting us know. It's great you got your money.

  • Zuga, I do agree if that was before.

However, the negative carry over is being placed on all the players I got them under the agreement we had prior. I would never have worked with this company if there was any sign of negative carry over. Basically I got them a bunch of players, advertised them for a year and then they up and changed our agreement to the worst structured deal.

The money is fine but everyone needs to understand I advertised almost just this company for an entire year specifically because of the deal we had in place. If I knew they would do this I would have advertised 10 of the other casinos groups who wanted me too.

I didnt get complately ripped off but they did alot of damage to me.

Thanks for your guys help either way. I am certain if it wasnty for these forums, I wouldnt have seen a penny or even a response.
