  • I have been waiting since the 26 th December 2024 for my £1299 winnings to be processed and paid into my account and as of today which is the 14th January 2025 exactly 3 weeks since withdrawal I still have not been paid,I’ve given them all the documents they need to verify account to proceed the payment process but I have had no information on what is going on the customer service don’t help they tell me that they have escalated the case but to wait 24-48 hours and still although I’ve been so patient no payment, has been processed it’s crazy all they have to do is review my proof of address document as my passport has already been verified already, it’s an enormous amount of time for the situation to be in limbo an it’s really stressing me out I just hope you can help me because they won’t and don’t do nothing but tell me to wait an cut me off adding to the confusion and frustration of it all they have made it such a painful process, please help if you can

  • Thank you since I posted on here I have been in touch with with customer service and they have approved documents, but they still haven't processed payment like they said they would,it's with another payments team checking my bank account now which I have been told to give time for them , which seems crazy as it has been 3 weeks exactly since I chose to withdraw my winnings,still not payed but the lady did say it was at its last stages, hopefully they do the right thing and pay me , could really do with that £1299 !  Hopefully my next update to you guys is a happy one but who knows, thank you for listening and helping with my situation it's very much appreciated

    Unfortunately, the casino is currently unwilling to cooperate with third parties regarding complaints and is also placed on our Warning List. They have also stated that they are in contact with you. Could you please confirm this information?

  • I'm in contact with them they don't get in touch , they are not helping just keep moving the goal posts, did you see the images that I sent today that proves my bank accounts? I am waiting for them to be verified only god knows how long that will take, they obviously don't want to pay me , they should I've done everything asked of me and it's just a painful process and stressful journey this company takes you on
