    Hello i wait for my withdraw since 2 days first they say it take some hours than thay say they withdraw my money already its still pending in my account and i withdraw with with bitcoin i would get it than they say finance department work on my withdraw now thay say i should contact again in a few days i dont know why it take so long or what thay make with my withdraw can you help me?

    The Casino Representative says that your withdrawal was stuck due to technical issues. It has been canceled and you need to request it again. This time, it should be processed very quickly.

    Could you please retry to request the withdrawal again? The Casino Representative says the problem was fixed so this should not happen again to anybody.
