UNRESOLVED: Jesters Win

HUGE of Complaint!! I have been playing on Jesters for a while and have requested cash out of approximately $4000.00 I had a balance of $28000.00 I lost it all because I made a purchase of $99 twice, I have talked to three different people and was told to take my current balance down to almost $0, I didn't understand why but I did and in the process played out another $5000.00. So this evening I asked for my money back so I could start cashing out gradually. weekly or however they do it. Now I am told that it isn't possible and that "once you make a purchase you current balance resets that's why you don't have anymore the money you had before" I say yes I know that now but didn't when I contacted them. He then says" well in that case I'm afraid i cannot help you

He proceeded to tel me that he couldn't help me, So they are willing to give me $20 free play in return for my $28000.00??? There is no where that it states you lose your money if you make a purchase or that it resets! I would have never have done that had I known, duh!!, So they put my balance where it was, I played ans started to send docs to strat receiving my cash outs. so I get and email say it wasn't signed and dated, did that sent back now another email say signatures don't match my W-9 compared to my drivers license from 5 years ago and that they won't pay me unless they do,  Nobody signs the same from 5 years ago, and the jesters site agreed but still won't pay out my money until they do, so I guess I need a forger?  LOL j/k of course, I have had nothing but problems from the beginning, now they refuse to give me my money unless my signatures match from 5 years ago!

Seems like you need to start practicing your signature to ensure you get an exact match.

Ok so I got my money back but now can't request a cash out because they put it under "free play chips" and now requires 28x the amount of free play so I would have to win $719495.00 to even start  another cash out! 

I am not familiar with what that is!

Linda Long Papin unless you were playing a promo with particular terms that you didn't share with us... if not and you had cash balance then it's another crystal clear case of fraud. Why are there so many all over? Is the casino industry dying and we don't know? Casinos act like they are on the verge of bankruptcy and cheat/steal people like their life depends on it. I would so never deposit thousands to play slots anywhere lol. It's already complicated to cash out few hundreds...

I did let them know rhe situation and they said they are working on it!

I dont understand this ... They reset your balance when you make a deposit?!?!? I dont think I ever read that to be honest ... Or I just dont understand the issue the good way...

I bought two amounts of $00 for $99 using my balance of approx $38000, when I bought them it reset my balance to less than $500, So I let them know, that is the amount they gave back to me, my monies I had won, in other words they reset my balance!

We haven't received any response from the casino so far. Do you maybe have any update regarding the issue you had at Jesters Win?

You just never no with the casinos. U lose they love ya you win they hate ya. They will do anything to make sure they win . they are evil and honestly casinos should be banned. Its much better to go into the stock market. Its just as fun if u know what your doing and there's no one there to stop ya.
