Hello
I assume it was a mistake, but my control signals went okay - Live supp was pleasant, there are a little typos in popups, and also the design of the site is not the absolutely best one, but despite that I decided to give it a try and deposited 51€, thus receiving 153€ (thanks to the 200% first deposit bonus) and started spinning.
I played Novomatic games, my favourite and not very often appearing, Also, most of all spent money I played on only ONE single game (!) Supra hot,. It was immediately suspicious to me, that i was losing my balance without any winnings whatsoever - but i still believed, that it's simply Novomatic - eating for long time and then pays twice that all. Didn't happen - not EVEN NEARLY. Losing all 150€ was matter of minutes. Please note that this is quite LOW VARIANCE, and thus even a mid long losing run is very, very unlikely, And this was very long such losing run.
So, after i lost it all, I checked the HTTP requests and website sources to verify the slot's validity, and I found out, that there is no ".greentube, com" involved - but instead there is everywhere only suspiciously looking "cdn.sslgames.net" domain - sending all requests to and from.
I checked and the only correct Novomatic domain should be "greentube..." and few its similar variants, so... I assumed these to be FAKE and pirated Novomatic games (all of novomatic games there have this source domain). Live support elevated the issue, but of course, officials simply deny that.
Please, is there anybody who knows, and who could double-check and confirm this? The support seemed open to complaints and I believe that if there are some legit voices that the games really are fakes, they maybe would agree to some kind of satisfaction, of course that along with reconsidering the presence of those fake rigged games in their lists.
Thanks in advance.
