Jokavip room had closed my acct and now they won't pay my winnings .
I've never had a problem with jokavip room before they has always done the right thing by me and not once I've had any issues with them ,
Until now on the 1st of June I won the $3000 doller jackpot on the slot machine LUCKY LADY so I played more for a little while I had my friends over and they saw everything .
And they keep telling me to withdrawal it out so I did I still had a remaining balance of $3984 so I withdrawal the $3000 and I had to update my new bank .
After I had varfied my new bank details I got on to the chat to ask them if they can fast process my withdrawal with my new. Bank ,
The VIP manager said there not sure if they will except it .
But we did the withdrawal anyway .
After that I had to varify my date of birth my phone no and physical address .
And the withdrawal was in the process .
Any way after that I' played my remaining balance of $984 ,after a few hits I got out of the game I was playing to change a different game ,
Then all of the sudden I was seeing my money slowly and quickly my money was disappearing and then the $3000 doller was all of the sudden got reverse back in my acct and it was doing the same thing quickly not even a second my money was disappearing as well , after when my acct became $0 balance my acct was shot down I cauldnt even log in anymore .
And I'm saying what the hell so I went to Chet line and I told them how and why is my acct all of the sudden shit down and what had happen to my money .
The person I had spoken to was hector he said there was nothing wrong with my acct and that my money I had played it through .
And from here it just went on and on that they reacon I ask them to shut my acct when I never even ask them to do that .
So please I need help I just want my winnings of $3000 to be payed to me please somebody help me it's not fair .
How can they do this to me .
