Hi,

I won $50 off of free spins offered to me. I put in a withdrawal for $50 bitcoin on January 11th, 2025, knowing that they say the first withdrawal takes 28 days. Then, they cancelled it with the reason being "lacking/wrong data". I sent a message to support asking what that meant, no response. So, I put in another withdrawal for $50 bitcoin on February 5th, 2025. It is still pending. I have messaged support two more times (so, three in total) with no response. Their live chat is actually just a form to send them an email. I am not sure why they cancelled the first one still or why this one is still pending.

They never asked me to verify or told me anything or how to do that. I have asked them what they needed, no one ever replies to messages/emails.
