    I deposited 500 BDT to Lopibet but they have not added the account to my account. When I contacted customer care they said they are working on it but it has been a long time and they have not resolved the issue. I contacted them by email but I get the same response.

    From the screenshot you provided, we can see that the transaction was made today. Have you checked with the casino if there might be an issue with the blockchain or the network that could be causing the delay?

    Sometimes deposits can take longer to process, depending on the network.
