    Lucky Legends Casino.....This casino will not pay out on free play that they have approved. I was denied my winnings because of multiple free chip redemption or so I was told but when the support staff was shown that I had  only redeemed the one free chip (because they denied two requests and only approved the one) they closed the chat session and left me with no winnings.  They actually told me I needed to lose the money I had won. Steer clear of this casino!  They will tell you pretty much anything and will not listen to reason in any way shape form or fashion!   I have screenshots of proof of their bogus terms and conditions!    Very unhappy with them!

    As far as we can see from the transcript you posted, you are not able to withdraw money from this coupon because you have already used the free chip promotions, for this reason the agent tells you that your requests will be rejected, and advises you to play down your balance beyond $5 and make a new deposit so that after it you will be able to activate the free chip.

    No sir I was awarded one coupon. The others were denied by the casino. If you see two redemption please explain further because I see only one coupon code awarded.  The two others were denied by the casino.
