RESOLVED: Lucky Legends Casino - Withdrawal Issue

Currently have an issue with receiving a withdrawal from Lucky Legends. My $1223 withdrawal was approved on 4/22, requested on 4/6 and I still have not received it. Account is verified and I have received 2 withdrawals from here before. This withdrawal was escalated 3 times and nothing has happened. I also have 3 other withdrawals for $2500 each that I am also going to need help with.

A small update on the approved withdrawal. Hoping this could be moved along as it has been a month since it was approved. Then hopefully the other ones can be moved forward.

As we already said, we don't have direct contact with their casino rep, as they have not been involved in resolving previous complaints.

Since this is a larger amount, it will likely require more time for them to process the request.

We have reached out, but unfortunately haven’t received a response yet. If we receive any updates, we will inform you as always.

Update: I got the $1223 this morning.

I'm waiting for the next 3 $2500 withdrawals. Since this is a Virtual/Ace property, Nickhelp should be the rep. Not sure if this should be closed and then reopened if the next withdrawal isn't processed timely.
