RESOLVED: Lucky Owl Club Casino - No Payment Issue

I won $80 from a free bonus and placed a cashout, but the casino refused to pay and instead asked me to claim a 200% bonus with unlimited cashout. I was fed up with waiting, so I accepted the bonus and ended up winning $2,679. They allowed me to place a $500 withdrawal (not paid yet), but shortly after that they blocked my account. The remaining $2,179 has been sitting in my balance for more than a year, and despite waiting this long, I still haven't received my money. I feel like I was deliberately encouraged to continue playing and then my account was blocked once I had a significant balance. I've tried to resolve this directly, but I'm still left without a clear explanation or payment. I'm posting this here in the hope that LCB can help me get a proper response from the casino and recover the $2,679 that they have been holding for over a year.
