Hello, I made a request to withdraw 2,000 dollars to a bank account 07/07/2021
and still haven't received the money. The problem is that, as it turned out, my bank only accepts payments in euros. And the money was sent in dollars (if it was sent at all). My bank said that the payment will not go through and the money will simply be returned to the sender. I wrote about this many times in support of luckybar casino.
In live chat, they say that they do not deal with such issues. They answered by email that as soon as the money comes back to them, they will return it to my account in the casino.
But 3 months have passed, and the money has not returned. When asked to provide evidence that they sent money and did not receive it back, they ignore me.
Last email was sent on 21/09/2021 and an automatic response was received about receiving an email: "Your message has been received and is currently being reviewed by our team. For your reference, this ticket id is #18438." The luckybar casino support itself has been ignoring me since 09/11/2021.
