    Hi I've been having trouble withdrawing from lucky casino all my verification has been approved. But I make a withdrawal n it sits pending for a while then they reject it. N wont give me a reason y this is happening? I need help

    The Casino Representative says this issue has been resolved. He says you initially hadn't provided all documents for the full KYC checks and that's why your withdrawal was delayed.

    Since you've provided everything they've requested now, your withdrawal has gone through now.

    Could you please confirm if you received your payment, so we can close this complaint?
