    When i signed up on the premise of receiving 20 sc it was not revealed to me that you have one hour to purchase a welcome package for $9.99 to receive the 20sc they were promoting as free upon sign up.... No where is there any fine print does it read this until you go to claim it.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the LCB members, and we are sorry to hear about your negative experience.

    Based on the terms of the promotion, the offer of 20 SC is part of a welcome package that requires purchasing the pack for $9.99 - it’s not a completely free bonus upon registration. In this case, the free SC is included only after buying the welcome offer.

    As you can also see on the screenshot, there’s a visible “Buy Now” button, which indicates that a purchase is required to claim the offer.

    We understand how this might have been confusing, but the details are mentioned in the promotional description.
