    I have made about 1850.00 in deposits and have withdrawn about 770.00

    so as you see they are over 1,000.00 ahead from me. 
    I just got told that my deposit to free money ratio is way off so they restricted my account to only one no deposit code between deposits. Okay.... seems f'd up but whatev. 
    so there's a code I want to use- it's a no deposit code. 
    I made a deposit and was going by what I was just told.i played the deposit and went to redeem the code and I'm told MY DEPOSIT WASNT ENOUGH!! It was a 10 dollar deposit using PayPal. And now they want me to deposit another 20 to use this no deposit code?!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY?!? Casino Rep,  WTH

    Welcome to the club. This casino is apparently joining casino extreme and Yabby's family because that's exactly how it feels now that I'm in this player class. I knew it wouldn't last forever, just didn't expect it to be so fast. Also, good luck redeeming something from the LCB shop since they take it upon themselves to redeem a bonus after your balance reaches 0 from a deposit. For me it's always 20 spins on jackpot saloon which is TERRIBLE! Like, >$1 terrible lol. I had redeemed a $25 coupon 2 separate times and they did this on both of those deposits. So yeah, welcome to the club. We are winners in their eyes, and in turn get punished lol. I believe the ratio is the value of the coupons, regardless of outcome. Win or lose the coupons value is taken into account. Just my most logical guess!

    It is advertised at a different site as a no deposit code and doesn't say anything about a deposit needing to be mad. I can share the screenshot of it if that is allowed on this site

I'm not to much worried about that though since I see I've been blackballed at a casino that has profited over 1,000 dollars of my money. Their creditability has been shot with me. 
    I was told that I've gotten 4,000 something in free money. Which taking that into account that makes almost 6,000 dollars worth of play and only 770 withdrawn? That's way off from what RTG games RTP is supposed I to be.  Which is a huge red flag

    I'm still waiting on a reply from Mr I Casino. It's now been 5 days since this issue happened. And 3 days since I've heard back from the rep.

    Yes, you're exactly right with their ratio system. It's a bunch of crap and yes the value of each spin is counted forwards what they are calling "free money" ! Knowing that their RTP on those Free Money spins is not at all what RTG claims their RTP is. If you notice, some of the I free spins will be a wager higher than the minimum.. it's not going to hit anything but it sure does pile up the numbers in your Free Money category. Which is all just a bunch of key strokes on the computer... we both know that I an online casino isn't going to give money away! However they just make it way more obvious at what they are doing. 
    I mean, common- over 4000 in free play and deposited almost 2000-

    so out of over 6000 dollars I was only able to withdraw 770?!?! 
    at those odds I'd be insane to play at their site! They got well over 1,000 dollars of ACTUAL MONEY and now I'm being treated like I'm some sort of bottom feeder

    I understand. I never really expected the rep to follow up on my response and kinda figured the request for a screenshot was just a bunch of fluff. 
    Please don't close this case under the Resolved category though if possible. 
    I mean yes close it but it was t resolved
