RESOLVED: Mro casino complaint

I've now used my lcb money twice for $25 free chip for mro but they take it upon themselves to redeem some bullshit then use it to deny my lcb bonus. Twice now I've wasted my time! I was very deliberate in NOT redeeming a bonus to allow for the LCB bonus to actually be accepted. But no, activate some crap coupon apparently right before LCB bonus reaches you guys. I waited a couple days the first time just to get denied and after.last nights deposit I redeemed it again, only to have wasted more of my time. If i want to use a coupon, I'll use a coupon MYSELF. 

As we discussed last night via PMs, there's not much I can do at this time. If anything changes, regarding the requirements, I will update their shop items' terms.

I appreciate the verification system that is completed within 1 day, there are game options, specific software, fast crypto deposits and withdrawals, but I don't like some things, such as the bonus rules. If there are 5 consecutive bonuses in the account, the winnings cannot be withdrawn. Marketing will send loyalty rewards to the player's account all the time. Personally, I will deposit without receiving the bonus. It is easier to play with cash because the previous $ 400 I played was deducted to $ 50. So I made the next deposit without receiving the bonus. But within the day, they sent 15fs to my account three times. I replied to the live chat that I did not want the bonus. They removed it. But the last transaction will still be a bonus. Therefore, I cannot buy anything from the participating store. In case of purchase, the transaction will be in the account about the bonus 5 times, which means that the money cannot be withdrawn. Even unrequested bonuses or deletions will count. I tried to deposit again without receiving the bonus. Shortly after, the unrequested offer was sent. Even though I tried to say that I did not ask for it, marketing and accounting are separate. In short, if you win, the maximum withdrawal is $ 50 or void. Recently, I deposited again. Don't try to send me unwanted bonuses. I will deposit without receiving the bonus 2-3 more times.
