I have taken the time to carefully review your account and recent requests.
After reviewing the details, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding your withdrawal request that was denied. The withdrawal request in question, dated January 5, was actually related to cashback and not to your deposit.
When you requested a withdrawal from the cashback bonus, it’s important to remember that the wagering requirement and the max cash-out limit for cashback bonuses are 10x the cashback amount. In your case, the cashback amount was $10, which means the max you could cash out was $100.
Your request for $950 went over this limit, so we had to adjust the request. The amount over the $100 limit ($903) was removed, leaving you with the eligible $100 for withdrawal. After that, the remaining balance was used up, bringing your withdrawable balance to $0.
Just to clarify one more time, the request was made from the cashback balance, not from a deposit.
For more details about cashback rules, you can check them out directly on our site under the "Bonuses and Promotional Offers" section/ paragraph 7.
Hope this clears things up! If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
Kind Regards,
Zack
