  • I made an account to MrXbet casino earlier this year. I managed to make my 200€ deposit to around 1000€. I did not take any bonuses or violated their rules. On 13.2.2018 I made my first withdrawal of around 290€, they asked my documents to verify my account. I sent them and they were accepted, then after a couple of days I tried to log in to my account, but it was blocked. I sent an email to their support to ask what was the issue. They did not give me any exact answer. I have tried to contact them several times but no answer.
    Then an interesting fact came to my attention. I tried to ask assistant from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (as it is mentioned that they are the License provider for MrXbet). I got an response that the License for MrXbet has been terminated on 20.9.2017.

    I have tried to ask them who is the licensor for the casino, but I have not recieved any answer. So they closed my account and confiscated over 1000€  without any reason/explanation.

    Thanks for posting your complaints. Since we chatted about this case earlier, we already notified the casino rep. Still waiting for the feedback. We'll keep you posted.

    Still no updates from the casino. Last time we heard from them they informed us they were looking into it. We sent another reminder, hope they'll have the info we needed. Have you heard from them yet?

    No I haven not. And it seems they are not willing to solve their issues. There is other complaints about them in another forums and no reply to them either. So I guess they are not going to reply to these complaints.

    We finally heard back from the casino. According to their email, your account was closed in February due to the breach of their T&C. They didn't clearly state what specific terms you broke so we are trying to find it out. They also claimed that your deposits were refunded. Can you please confirm?

    We are working on getting more info from the casino, so we'll keep you posted.

    Yes my deposit were refunded, but still I did not brake any of their T&C and they did not say any reason for my account closure.

    This was their reply "We are actually processing to a verification of your account, the support will get back to us very soon and we'll be in touch with you as soon as we get more informations. Otherwise, please consider that we decided to close the account for some reasons." 

    So, especially the last sentence I find outrageous "Otherwise, please consider that we decided to close the account for some reasons."  It is really scary that casinos can close your account and confiscate your winnings for "some reason".

    Yes, we do agree that they haven't provided any specific reasons and what rules did you break. We tried to find out but unfortunately, we got nothing. They ignored our questions. We're going to contact them again and try to get the relevant answers. We are glad you got your deposit. Better something than nothing. 

  • Since we didn't get any evidence of what T&C did you break, actually we got no reply on this issue until now, we're going to mark this case as unresolved. In case we hear back from the casino, we're going to open this topic again and update accordingly.
