Deosited 30 into my neosurf which is fully verified but suddenly asked me to verify my # which has recently been changed, my account is prepaid with koodo. They asked me for a bill statement which koodo does not offer for prepaid service. I have sent in my account info pdf which clearly shows my number in account but refuse to accept nor offer any alternative, its been near 30 days and i just find it outraegous that the support from neosurf is so poor. I am so fed up my last email to them i told them to keep it as the time i am wasting with the terrible service is just a waste of time. Not sure if this qualifies as a complaint but just want them held accountable and at the very least for others to see how they handle such requests, especially prepaid cell service customers. Either way i will never use their service again! Email pdf available upon request.
