  • I am a player from Russia. 03/18/2023 I made a deposit using LTC crypto currency. I won 27044 rubles.But there are no withdrawal methods in the casino . I can't get my winnings. There is no online chat in the casino. I wrote them a letter asking "How can I get a withdrawal?", to which they replied that they were working on adding payment methods.     As you can see in the screenshot, there are no output methods at all. Is cryptocurrency banned for Russia?No. This is an anonymous method of transferring funds. Why didn't this withdrawal method appear in my account after the deposit? How do I get my winnings?

    In the cashier, not all payment methods are available in all countries. 

    If you make a deposit with one banking method, it does not mean that you can withdraw to the same one. 

    In order to avoid such situations, as I already said, before depositing, check which banking methods are available for withdrawal at the cashier or ask the support team.

    We are trying to explain to you what the problem is. It is quite often, that some banking method is available for deposit but it's not available for withdrawal. That is a fact and it is not unusual.

    Hello! Yesterday, a representative of the casino contacted me and asked for the wallet address and the amount to withdraw funds. After providing this data, the casino representative requested confirmation from me that the address of the crypto wallet belongs to me. I informed them that this is the address from the Binance exchange where I have a verified account (with screenshots attached). After that, the representative informed me, Thank you for sending us the confirmation. We forwarded to the relevant department, and we wait their answer.
     
    Please note that they work only office hours, but if is Binance we will try to do our best to send your funds as soon as possible.
