RESOLVED: Pantasia casino

Back when Pantasia Casino took usa players I won about 1450 dollars with. A deposit of 25 dollars.well in waiting for my money usa and pantasia blocked any transaction through the USA.i had talked to customer service department about this issue and they can't do anything about it. Now I'm not familiar with this area but does that sounds right ? They wouldn't even give me back my deposit.this is crazy.beware.thanks  for letting me vent.

Yes, this brand doesn't accept US players. When did you deposit there and why didn't they let you cashout the winnings? 

This was a long time ago when they did accept USA players.i was in the middle of  my papper work to send in and that's when the USA players are no longer accepted rule came into affect.i was so upset.

From the screenshots, you sent they only sent you the info that your deposit was successful and it was in 2011. Why your account wasn't verified then? It was a long time ago I doubt that you can now withdraw your money. When was your last deposit?
