I have played at this casino for about a year now with no issue, over a month ago I made a deposit using crypto and they still have not credited to my account. I have confirmed 100% with my wallet support team they have received my funds but they just keep giving me the runaround saying they’re onto it ..But I know they have no intention of giving me my money. I have over 140 emails from them saying please be patient they’re onto it. I provided them with every detail possibly needed showing the transaction was successful but they continue to say they’re working on an issue and this was over one month ago. Never had this problem anywhere using crypto apart from a short delay every now and then. Disgusting. That is straight up stealing. It’s just so frustrating that basically I can do nothing about it.. if they refuse to pay it that’s that. I know it’s only a small amount of money but it’s the point. They are definitely breaching/in violation of the Curaçao Gaming Authority rules and regulations but no one will do anything about it.Don’t play there unless you want to just give them your money!
