Hello,
i found your website a few ago and i registered on one of the No Deposit Casinos (partycitycasino.com)
i cleared the wagering limit and i had 150$ left so i asked for cashout,
it got declined twice without notification,
so i contacted support, i got told to send my id to : ccprocessing@partycitycasino.com
Now 9 Days passed and i contacted support again, they told me it takes 24 Hours to validate id.
I got also told i could use this email instead : manager@casinosupportcenter.com (So this made me curious!)
just google the last provided email, its only part of blacklisted casinos.
When i told the support this they told me they are in fact sister companys with e.g Virtual Casino and thats why its the same manager email adress.
I asked how they could know its me then if the email is used by at least 10 casinos, i got disconnected afterwards! >:(
