    I have been waiting since 22. 6. to withdraw 3466.25€ of winnings.
    So far I have uploaded all my documents in June.

    They mostly do not reply to messages and aren't informative when they do. At one point they asked additionally for Skrill screenshots of my deposit which they got right away and that ways it; nothing has happened on their part.

    Usename is mkrasic and I still did not even get verified, let alone been able to request a withdrawal. Their system is setup so that you cannot request until they verify you, and even though they say it takes days it has been months now.  :(

  • From Pornhub casino to PHcasino, there's must be something wrong about them. Probably stole the trademark of the porn movies portal. Anyway, I've never interested in their casino, how shallow could you be naming your casino after a porn website? Anyway, I wish you the best with completing your witdrawal.

    Melcb posted today that they still haven't responded to the email which I think very rude but I guess if the other party doesn't want to co-operate, all you can do is wait...and wait. Phcasino is a big fat no go that is for sure.

    Then a couple of months later they asked for a screenshot of my Skrill. So I would assume they did look at something (they had to, in order to ask for something else) and checked out everything else at that point. :)   But I do not know.
    I sent that imediatelly. That is the easiest thing.

    I still am not receiving anything from them. :(

    Did you get verified? The casino advised us that they would look into your account and get back to us, but they didn't get back to us yet.

    It seems the chances I will get anything are very low now... :(

  • Sorry to hear that Kr. We emailed the casino several times about yours and other cases, they promised they'd sort them all out but still nothing. We'll remind them again. You should have got your money a long time ago.

    They broke another promise. We emailed them several times and each time they promised they'd take care of all complaints and still nothing. We'll keep on trying. We might add them to the warning list because of many unresolved issues.

    We have heard back from them and they are having issues with Skrill, they are pushing to try get payment made soon but they are unfortunately constrained by the team at Skrill to sort out the issues. Payment will be done, just taking a bit longer then expected. Please remain patient and rest assured we will be following up to make sure payment is received.
