    hi, this casino owned by Carletta NV closed my account, he said I broke o vilated its rules

    I had 3668 usd and a pending 1000

    At the begining when I deposited and lost they did not find any issue, when I won some money they blocked and closed my account

    They do not answer any of my messages

    Its Jurisdiction is Curacao, Curacao Jurisdiction does not answer any player complint

    what can i do?

    Hello Tania, they have answered me and told me they considered I broke one of their rules. They said I used bots to get advantage. I do not what advantage as I played live dealer games with no bonuses

    They offered me to show how I placed 20 30 40 bet or mor in a 3 mites time this game allows a player to place bet.

    They have detailed a protocol I must accomplish show how I bet. In this case they would pay my latedt balance usd3668 and other pending money

    Thanks for the update, marbul. Unfortunately, this casino never replied to any of our emails even though we tried contacting them several times regarding your case. Therefore, I am afraid that providing a copy of your email conversation with the casino would not give any result. 

    We did our best to assist, however, since there is nothing we can further do, we will now mark this case as Unresolved.
