@Melcb If you are going to be fair and objective the casino should refund the money deposited after the £150 euros were deposited as u can clearly seei have asked my accoun to be closed once i was told I could't play.
I was tricked with the promise to have my money to be refunded to send my documents and after that i recieved the email saying my accoun was verified and the chat operator told it was fine to play then , my mistake was to trust him.
They even told me the casino is not from Nigeria , yet my money went straight into a Nigeria account.Why to ven lie about that as my bank told me that.
I would be ok t have the deposits made after i asked to close my account, i know in my heart this sort of people won't refund the money , but what really shocks me is the fact that LCB kindof defends a casino that is operating this way. The gambling comission officer told me they are not suppose to even offer an uk registration and u shoudl know that this is misleading as not casino offer registration for the uk players anymore unless they are righlty licensed.
It will be fair for me to have the refund of the money i played after the £150 euros and if they wwat they can keep the first £150.
I have total faith in LCB and i really hope you can help me in this matter, in the other hand unfortunately i have very little faith in this casino , but if they were in good faith too they would compromised and clear their name and try to be a good casino with a good code of practice.
If they remove the UK registration they wont have this sort of problems , don't u agree?
