     i registered at players olymp and asked the chat operator if i could play from the uk.

    They say no, so i ask them to refund my money and close my account.They ask me then to send them my documents implyng they would have refunded me the money since they couldnt accept uk players.

    I sent the documents and instead they verifed my account and the chat operator said i coud play becau ethey had a license.

    Now they brag about uk shouldnt pplay n their t& but they happily took £2000 from me

    Could u please help me to get my money back?

    kindly black list this casino as ther t&c are predatory , since they shouldnt offer registration to uk players especially becase they dont have a license

    The chat operator ed to me to scam me.

    Can u pls help me or balcklist this casino?

  • I now saw comments about casinos where you did the same register and lost and claimed money back after you lost. Maybe that is the way you operate, but for sure not the way we are operating.

    Each player is treated the same by us. And just as we expect players to pay their wagers, we pay the players' winnings. However, this system does not work if everyone loses for some reason tries to repay his losses

  • why dont u show our first conversations? i was told firstly no  wasnt allowed to play and the i wrote an email asking to close my account and get my first tow deposit back.

  • In my understanding are scammers, people who deliberately try to enrich themselves by fraud. And that is what you are doing here. If you only search for your comments here, you see that this happend more than one time following the same pattern. For me it seems that you are looking specifically for offers to reclaim the money afterwards.

    The same way we would have payed your winnings, we expect you to pay your wagers.

    I actually realised they were not uk licensed and ask them to close my account .i sholdnt have trusted the chat operator as he told me i was allowed which in my eyes meant it was all legal.

    My very first email was to close my account as he operator told me i couldnt pplay afer i made few deposits , and then he told me i could have had my refud if i sent y documents.

    Instead they verified my account and when  i asked ifi could play he sayit was fine.

     i registered and after two deposits as  was waiting for the chat operator a uhe came in chat i asked if u players could play and he said no. Thank i asked them why i could register and then told hhm f i coudnt play i wanted my account close and y money refunded. I sent an email asking for my account to be closed and my 150 refunded . Mean time the chat operator told me to get the refund i had to send my documents which  didwith the request of my account to be closed.Once i ythey recieved my documets they sent me emai saying was verified and the operator a could then play.  Its just sooootiring to have casino sthat cant respect the rules. If they act lke the other casinos i wouldnt have restered as i thought was legal since tjey had uk registration .tey are just so dishonest and none can't even help. his crooks can do utlaw stuff and none cares  :(

  • @Melcb If you are going to be fair and objective the casino should refund the money deposited after the £150 euros were deposited as u can clearly seei have asked my accoun to be closed  once i was told I could't play.

    I was tricked with the promise to have my money to be refunded to send my documents and after that i recieved the email saying my accoun was verified and the chat operator told it was fine to play then , my mistake was to trust him.

    They even told me the casino is not from Nigeria , yet my money went straight into a Nigeria account.Why to ven lie about that as my bank told me that.

    I would be ok t have the deposits made after i asked to close my account, i know in my heart this sort of people won't refund the money , but what really shocks me is the fact that LCB kindof defends a casino that is operating this way. The gambling comission officer told me they are not suppose to even offer an uk registration and u shoudl know that this is misleading as not casino offer registration for the uk players anymore unless they are righlty licensed.

    It will be fair for me to have the refund of the money i played after the £150 euros and if they wwat they can keep the  first £150.

    I have  total faith in LCB and i really hope you can help me in this matter, in the other hand unfortunately i have very little faith in this casino , but if they were in good faith too they would compromised and clear their name and try to be a good casino with a good code of practice.

  • Like the admins advices us we agreed to the refund of 150€. Please send us you Bank Information and we will refund it as soon as possible.

  • Hi There, i didnt get any message form the adm saying £150.

    Mel asked me and i sent her a private messageand wating for her to reply.

    If we have to agree i think is fair to refud at least half of the deposits as i think normally my account should have been closed as i asked in the email and i would have lost £150 pounds instead of the mount i have lost.

    I think is fair at this point to at least refund half of the amount.

    At the end of the day if y0ou did close my account when i asked i wouldnt have ade all the deposits i did.

    Let's be fair and meet in the middle.

    Let me just clarify that I am one of the admins, I have stepped in to help handle this case as its not so black and white.

    150 euros is what will be refunded, this is the best compromise for this situation. There is no more room for negotiation on this.

    Please send you banking information as soon as possible.

I hope you all know me as a good, fair and just admin/moderator on this forum and I hope you are able to see through members who create a toxic environment and provide little value to the community.

    This member 'icnusa' takes advantage of the UK licensing regulations and purposefully targets unlicensed brands to then complain and request llosses to be refunded, this is not acceptable and did not warrant giving the casino a warning or blacklist status. LCB helped this member and got some of the deposit refunded even though the player was taking adbvantage of the system that is meant to protect players.

    Now that we have suspected unlicensed games at the casino, a warning was instantly added.
