    I managed to win some money from PokerStarsCasino, they started additional verification with huge amount of docs. I provided all docs they requested, and now they have been silent for two weeks ignoring my emails. 

    I contacted the Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) who are supposed to regulate PokerStarsCasino's activities, but they seem to have no power over those frauds. 

    I would appreciate any help from the forum. Make sure to avoid that Casino.

    I finally got contacted a couple of days ago. Turns out they are closing my account (for no reason!) - probably because I am a winning player. I provided my debit card numbers for withdrawing my money, however they keep insisting on Skrill and Neteller which I don't have and which have a 5% commission on withdrawals.
