  • I'm having an issue with my withdrawal as well. I was just informed that although my withdrawal is approved they cannot transfer money to my bank account. I was also, told that they do not process checks so, the only way to get paid is via 3rd party checking account or open a new bank account somewhere else. I'm frustrated as I was not informed this upfront nor have I had any issues with any other casino. I'm just not sure of where to go from here. I feel so frustrated. Please help!

    We emailed the casino still waiting for their reply. Hope they'll get back to us soon. We'll let you know as soon as we hear anything.

    Unfortunately, we haven't managed to get in touch with the casino. We tried another contact that we have and still waiting for their reply. 

    Have you heard anything in the meantime?

  • Your not the only one with this awful situation. When I read the list of bank account they "could not transfer money to I was floored. Its just about every account that is here. Which honestly is total BS. I ended up having them tell me they would do a Bitcoin transfer even though I didn't deposit via that way. But to be safe so no excuse I deposited in bitcoin. I am not sure what they are thinking or why they work this way. They told me it was gonna take 15 days for the first stage 15 day for the 2nd stage and 15 days for the 3rd stage. What does all that mean? Crazy!

  • @Chanda Anderson - do you have any info about your case? We still haven't heard back from the casino. They never replied our emails.

  • @Chanda Anderson - informed us by PM that after sending several complaints to the casino management she managed to reach the right person who helped her get her winnings. We are going to mark this case as resolved. 

  • I have been playing Posh for years. I love the games, but the ridiculous times for payouts and the even more ridiculous excuses have made it just not feasible to continue. I can see if I was cashing out for the first time when you h ave to present document after document and they drag it out, but this happens EVERY time. months and months of waiting for one payout. It's not worth it. I will keep my account open because maybe, just maybe eventually sometime in the next frew months, I will finally get the payout, but I'm just going to stick to the free tournaments and try another casino. Maybe I'll just stick to the physcal casinos where you actually get paid that day if you win. What a novel idea. Their processors can sure as hell take our deposits instanly, but can't payout for months. I've had it.
