UNRESOLVED: Power casino - The casino seems to have closed and did not withdraw me 500 euros

Hello, 4 deposits were made at powercasino via skrill. Verification was successfully passed.
I tried to withdraw 500 euros to Skrill. But the money never came. The casino looks not working. Emails are not answered.

Please be advised that we are aware of the issues with PowerCasino and have reached out already regarding the website not working. Could you please provide us with your casino username via private message. Once we have this info we will contact Casino Rep and escalate your complaint. Hopefully they get back to us. 

Their website has been down for over 2 weeks. emails are not answered.
I intend to file a complaint with their licensee.

No. They didn't answer and didn't even pay.
The casino does not work from any country. Only their landing page works, from which it is impossible to go to the casino site.
They had a curacao license. Can you advise where exactly to go? I wrote a complaint to curacao-egaming - they said this casino has nothing to do with them.

May be you do not know to which specific licensee should write a complaint?

Thanks for letting us know. It seems that PowerCasino has totally closed without our knowledge and is probably the reason we can't get through to them with any emails. We will do some research and look into this matter and if need be mark this casino as CLOSED.
