UNRESOLVED: Pure Casino Withdrawal

Pure Casino approved/verified the documents I submitted for identity/account verification on 12/22/2023. I requested a withdrawal from Pure on 01/19/2024 and was informed that my account was verified 12/22/23 therefore I just needed to wait the 5-18 "working days" for my withdrawal to be complete and deposited to my bitcoin wallet. I have reached out to Pure during the 5-18 day waiting period and inquired about updates on the withdrawal status and each time, I was told the withdrawal was still processing and reassured that I had completed all necessary requirements for the withdrawal but had to allow up to 18 working days. Wellllll here we are.. today was the 18th working day and my withdrawal is still "processing". I contacted Pure and was connected to an agent named Violet whom told that the withdrawal was still processing and she would have the "account manager" contact me via email. I am frustrated to say the least.. I have been more than patient while waiting the ridiculously long 18 business days and I have complied with all of the necessary requirements. I have to ask, is Pure legit?? Is this a common issue when it comes to withdrawing from Pure?? I would appreciate any help in getting this resolved. Thank you!!
