CLOSED: Betway casino issue

WOW! I would never thought that betway is a  cheater! I bet on a game called DOTA 2 and I was watching the live game and in my surprise they mark it as a lost, If i didn't watch the live game I would have not find out as I trust them. I thought it was an honest mistake, it got settled thru live chat. I won over CAD2000 in a week of betting but I always withdraw like around 80% of my winnings everytime I have 500 and above. I withdraw 300, 450,500 and leave 200 so I can bet more. The net bet I did was to bet First Blood or FIrst Kill under 3 minutes and it registered as OVER! Contacted live chat immediately and they had half an hour to resolve it but when they get the reply of the trader it was too late as the drafting already starting. I  just thought thaat I pressed the wrong button, so while I cant do anything abut it I bet on the following game to have Under 3 mins and for the second time around it registered as Over! and they had more than an hour to resloved it and they kept waiting for the trader and it never replied, like almost 2 hours? another bet today, they changed one of my parlay. I'm done with them

I was wrong with the parlay, they didn't change it, my username is 10weeksofJun,  and it's hopeless, customer support won't do anything about it, asking me a screenshot, who the he'll take a screenshot while betting? I can't even see the ticket in settled bets anymore. Clearly they don't want it to be seen

The Casino Representative says the best thing would be for you to contact the customer support team via live chat again so that they can go through this directly with you. She says there is nothing else she can do from her side.

We never received an update from the player regarding this case since he needed to contact the casino customer support as per the casino rep's advice and they would help him resolve the problem. We've closed this case.
