Dear LCB, I would like your help with my complaint against Betswagger.
I opened an account with them on May 23rd 2020.
Although I did try to utilise the ‘Responsible Gambling’ Controls on offer by limiting my deposits to £10 per day, this was easy reset immediately and without and cooling off limit or delay period(despite thier website stating 7 days).
I requested account closure with them on June 7th 2020. Despite this, they re-opened my account and I lost an additional £4,218.50 in net losses to date.
