UNRESOLVED: bet24-7 casino doesn't pay out

I would like intervention with Casino bet 24-7 operated by Versus Odds B.V. The casino has not yet paid me the payment for 250 euros of 2023-05-19 22:54:04 after contacting the customer service office I received an answer that 48 hours must pass that have long passed. Unfortunately we didn't received any new updates regarding this matter so we are forced to close this complaint and mark it as Unresolved due to Casino unresponsiveness.

Once we get some feedback we will reopen this case.
