  • the same thing just happened to me.i deposited 75.00$ usd and got 3mb and went to blackjack and bet 1mb at a time and 2mb max with no promo.i cashed out 42.2 mb and they voided my winnings. and it says the max 1mbtc when active bonus,who can i go to about this issue?

  • Okay I appreciate it, well to simply put it I did not use a Bonus, they said I exceeded the Bet max but those terms does not clarify exactly what the max bet is for, rather it's with or without a Bonus! I asked a representative at jumba bet they told me one day they were not connected to crypto thrills. So I waited a few days and asked again. The guy said they were not connected then he said they were. I asked him to transfer me to someone who knew for sure, so I asked a lady that said they were not connected. But on casino Guru site says they y are connected and 12 other sister sites. So I just asked her did they all have the same terms and conditions as the sister sites and she said they were all the same Wich would mean those terms on crypto are false! I have all of this information saved from the conversations and on the complaint section people say that if you win anything over 20mb they will find a reason not to pay you. And I know all my winnings did not exceed that anyway so my winnings should have never been voided. They know that and are just trying to cover their tracks.

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative after they've investigated your case. 

    Here's the reply:

    "Dear MillaBoy87

    Thank you for your feedback and giving us the opportunity to respond.

    As per the casino’s Terms and Condition stated in section 5.7

    Maximum betting rule of 1 mBTC is permitted when playing with real money and not a bonus, you have placed bets that exceeded the 1mBTC rule therefore your withdrawal has been declined.

    My Support Team has discussed this with you in detail previously however, let me reiterate.

    After your withdrawal was declined due to the maximum betting rules, as a goodwill gesture we credited your deposit back into your account for you to try again.

    You have played down the funds and understood the reasoning behind your deposit being credited back to you.

  • Always declined even when the funds are there my God...

    Drives me nuts all the fill out forms over n over so the casinos can get richer and richer. lol
