  • I apologize for posting here, but I dont see a "RONIN SLOTS COMPLAINTS" page. That's about to change because I got plenty of separate instances in which the casino selectively enforced its terms and conditions, yet won't honor their own terms and conditions when it benefits the player or when they clearly are in the wrong. The only good thing I'll say about the casino is that they do pay and they do pay within half an hour. Everything else as far as promotions, ESPECIALLY PLAYER REWARDS, sucks major ass. Let me start by highlighting a perfect example of how this casino likes operate in order to screw over players. Well, at least this player. I noticed a promo that the casino was featuring on their Telegram page. Everything about the promo was basically similar to the ones that they offer on a daily basis. The same extras about the promo were the same as the others offered on their website for all users: The percentage amount of the deposit bonus and whether or not the player will also get a set number of spins included with their deposit (meaning it is the 1st activity a player must take before attempting to play any other games. A player will be forced to play the hihglighted game and spin the set amount of spins BEFORE they can do anything else and once thats completed, the balance of the credit of the amount won (if any) is added to the player's balance and then the player can do their own things as far as playing whatever games are allowed so they can knock off the ridiculously high level that is the players playthrough requirement. This promo also included 100% cashback. I should've known something funny was going to happen since a phrase in the promo was-1x per day, today only! If a promo is only available for today only, there's no need to also write 1x per day! The promo, as written, 100% match plus free spins. Like the other promos the casino offers on its websites for all players, the free spins are played as soon as the coupon is activated, and not at the end when a player's deposit/balance has hit $0. The promo only mentioned free spins, not waht kind of spins or how many. I didn't reach out to ask support because support sucks and they don't know whats going on either, as my evidence later on in my post will attest to. So, I figured like all the other deposit bonuses with free spins, regardless of what game I chose to start off with, I'll be redirected to the game that the free spins are valid on. I began playing believing this was the case. Turns out the game I began my session with WASN'T the free spins that  promoted on their Telegram page. After my balance hit $0.00, I reached out to support and I asked how come I didnt get my free spins with my deposit bonus coupon? As the chat transcript CLEARLY shows, the agent said: "What free spins?" This coupon only came with 100% cashback. Oh really, I respond because it clearly states on the promo "100% match plus free spins. My deposit was doubled, so that equals 100%, but no additional spins. I was given my 100% cashback, but I already felt cheated out of my experience. I was denied the chance to play with double my deposit and whatever extra amount I would've won on my free spins AND the playthrough requirement was 20x (Deposit + Bonus) when normally it is 30x and as high as 40x (DEPOSIT + BONUS) and the max cashout option definitely makes playing more exciting when there's no limit to the amount you might win because after the cashback is added to a players account, their is a playthrough requirement attached to that amount of anywhere between 30x-35x the cashback AND only 5x mac cashout. To all you players reading this, which option would you prefer to try your luck at with: Option a.) Double your deposit, 20x playthrough, and no max cashout + imaginary free spin OR Option b.) 100% Cashback (amount of initial deposit, 30x playthrough, and 5x max cashout. I can tell the casino was caught off guard when I complained about how the Telegram promo was NOTHING like what it claimed I wiuld receive because they gave me 50 spins on the game PayDirt, which appears to be their go-to game and amount of spins offered to a player when they mess up and they feel the value of the error on their part wasn't worth more than $100. When a player doesn't get what they should've received, it already throws a player's concentration off and what else is a player supposed to do if the funds were sent via crypto? The casino already has your money. I'm not the one that doesn't know how to properly explain their issues. Just look at this post. The casino cheated me out of that Telegram promo. Even though I received everything offered, I didn't receive in the correct fashion: After deposit made, play the free spins, have whatever a player won on those spins added to their balance which was matched 100%. and then proceed to knock off that ridicidolous playthrough requirement. This may not come across as a major issue, but in all actuality, what the casino did in this scenario should make any and all players that play online casinos think long and hard about the website theya re engaging in. Once a casino gets a player's money, especially via crypto, the casino can simply adjust the terms of whatever coupon a player uses as they see fit or rearrange the steps in which a player will be rewarded. For the casino to deny that their Telegram promo did not include free spins, then what else does PLUS FREE SPINS FUCKING MEAN!!!!!!!!!!!

    First and foremost, we would like to clarify that our platform does not alter promotional terms for its own benefit, nor do we selectively enforce them. All offers are applied strictly in accordance with the terms presented to players at the time of use.

    With that said, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding between two separate promotions: the deposit boost + cashback you used, and the separate 40 free spins promotion available to player who deposited during this week.

    While we can certainly provide a screenshot of the promotion in question, there is little need to do so. The promotion remains publicly visible on our Telegram page, where anyone can review it directly. For reference, we have also not received any similar complaints from other players regarding this promotion.

    I would also like to point out that the 50 spins you mentioned were an entirely separate reward, granted specifically for your deposit. They were not part of a spin package linked to our Telegram promotions or any deposit boost.

    It is also important to note that deposit coupons are optional player selections. They are not applied automatically to accounts. By choosing a specific coupon and attaching it before/after a deposit, players agree to the terms associated with that particular promotion. In this case, the promotion offered a relatively low wagering requirement compared to typical industry standards. A 100% deposit boost, with a 100% Cashback, which was clearly communicated as part of the promotion. The inclusion of free spins was unfortunately never part of this promotion.

    Additionally, if you believed the promotion was not applied correctly, the reasonable course of action would have been to contact support before beginning gameplay, rather than raising concerns only after the balance had already been used while expecting different terms from the ones actually attached to the coupon you selected. This is further supported by the fact that, as you mentioned yourself, whenever a deposit coupon includes free spins, the system automatically redirects the player to the specific game where those spins are available. As this did not occur in this case, it clearly indicates that the coupon applied did not include any spins.

    For future promotions, we recommend taking a moment to carefully review the details before applying a coupon, and avoiding rushing into gameplay if you believe the wrong code may have been used. If there is ever any uncertainty, you are always welcome to contact our live support team beforehand to confirm that the promotion you intend to use is indeed the one applied.
