  • Closing in on two weeks with no response from anyone in regards to my complaint is this common place? If it is my suggestion would maybe getting AI involved to at least prompt occasional responses or updates

    Could you please clarify where you submitted your complaint?

    The only thing we can see on LCB is your comment on another complaint. Our moderator responded to you there and mentioned that if you need additional assistance, you can contact us.

    If this was missed, please make sure to subscribe to the thread you are posting in, so you can receive notifications when someone replies.

    If a complaint had been submitted on LCB, you certainly wouldn’t be waiting two weeks for a response from our complaints team. We are responsive, and players do not experience such delays. Believe us, we don't need AI cool.

    So, if you still need some assistance, please submit your complaint through our complaints system, and we will do everything we can to assist you.

  • It was submitted through the complaint tab I added photos and Everything I am certain it was done correctly ad completely and yes it was been almost 2 weeks 

  • My assumption was that it was only 30 dollars so I figured it just wasn't a priority and that's frustrating
